The Charlestonian

We had an amazing stay at the Charlestonian. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed in Charleston. Everything was perfect…from the clear instructions from the staff, to the tasteful interiors, the exterior spaces, and the walkable historic neighborhood with so many restaurants and cafes nearby. I highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

We spent 5 days at the Charlestonian and had a wonderful stay on the top floor unit. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Our children especially loved the big copper bathtub upstairs and playing the available board games out on the porch. All the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms well stocked with towels, and a washer/dryer in the unit was a definite plus. Our hosts were very accommodating to any need we had. Parking was available across the street for a short walk. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Superb location, comfortable spaces, and excellent staff. Would highly recommend for a Charleston getaway with friends or family. The balcony was perfect for reading, relaxing, and eating outside. The amenities— washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen— all added to an exceptional stay.

Great location! This beautifully refurbished home was spectacular with amenities galore! We are older ladies and booked the upstairs apartment. One little draw back was making it up the spiral staircase with our luggage. If your younger, it will no problem! Owners were so gracious to work with!

We stayed at the Inn for my daughter’s college graduation and it could not have been more perfect. The location was perfect and so close to incredible restaurants and coffee shops. We were in the heart of downtown but the Inn has such a cozy and tucked away feel. I love the attention to detail and cannot wait to go back.
