The Belle of Hot Springs

So much unfulfilled potential here. The photos do not reflect the current condition. We made a reservation here because it was the only place available that could accommodate our family of four in one room for one night only. Although the innkeeper maintained good communication, no one was at the Inn when we arrived. The entrance porch and door had not been cleaned for a while. The owner came to let us in after we called the number posted on the front door, put on the electric kettle for tea showed us our room and the hallway bathroom, then left. The bedroom and bathroom were adequate and were reasonably clean. The dining room was staged and stocked with teas and hot water. The living room was nothing like the photos and only contained an upholstered chair covered with a throw ,

This place is PERFECT! We stayed in the Honeybee room with a shared bathroom. We were nervous about sharing a bathroom with strangers but it worked out great, we never even saw them. Then breakfast was delicious! Boiled eggs, yogurt with great fruit and granola, hot tea, and delicious bread - table was fun to eat with strangers and talk. The location is great so you can walk to anything in Hot Springs. Rachel was kind and courteous, we loved her. THANK YOU!

We found this Bed and Breakfast to be very comfortable. It's hard for me to find a decent mattress and bed when I'm away from home but the Hummingbird Room was cozy and relaxing. We had a great stay here and Rachel couldn't have been nicer. Right in the heart of the town walking distance from everywhere. The house could stand some upgrades but it was fine with us. Good breakfast and coffee and plenty good restaurants right there. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The Belle B&B is located very close to the central village in Hot Springs. The older home has been updated as necessary to be reflective of the original period when it was built. The rooms are comfortable, albeit the suite is a little cramped and the queen bed is noisy. The shared bathroom is nicely furnished and spacious. All rooms (4?) share one bathroom as far as I could see. The wifi signal was not strong enough to use in the Honeybee Suite but works fine in the hallway or downstairs in the very comfortable living room. Lots of good reading material there in the LR as well. Our hostess, Rachel was very pleasant and attentive and provided us with all our needs including a nice breakfast. I would recommend the Belle to anyone looking to spend some time in this neat little hamlet.

We stayed here over the Labor day holiday weekend and it was fantastic. The house is very clean and charming place to stay, with many personal touches. The whole experience is relaxing, warm and inviting. The breakfast is simple, and healthy. But the best part would be Ann and Rachael; both host were amazing and a joy to meet. We had a special situation that they volunteered to resolve for me, which was a huge help. We are already planning on coming back in the fall. Thank you so much
