The Atlantic Hotel & Spa

The hotel was overall pretty great. Room was spacious, perfect for my family of 4 and absolutely loved the kitchenette. Charles , Chris and Issac were super helpful taking care of our things and getting our car out the valet. Charles is a delight! It’s clear he enjoys his job and had a cute bond with our daughter who shared his name (Charlie!) - Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond to be sweet to us and accommodating. She made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable and she was super sweet to our daughter. Our only issues were with the restaurant - we ate from there often throughout our stay and each time struggled with food wait times . The quality of the food was fine but the kids food was expensive and not great- they could also offer a bit more of a variety. Overall t

Haven’t stayed here so I can’t comment on the rooms, but I have eaten at Wild Thyme, the sky bar pool deck, and participated in a spa day pass and couples massage. Masseuse was very nice and of course massage was enjoyable- note the couples massage is 50 minutes and you want to arrive at the concierge at least 10 minutes early so getting your robe and locker, getting dressed and set up in your room doesn’t eat up 15 minutes of your massage. I think she was trying to help me get into my massage experience faster, but the concierge at the welcome desk at the spa separated my partner and I immediately (men and women spa services are separated; couples massage has shared entrance to massage hall but I didn’t know that), and gave instructions super quickly to find my locker and get changed and

We stayed two very comfortable quiet nights here before taking a Princess cruise. Our room was spacious and clean. Our room included a full kitchenette with utensils. We were comfortably able to enjoy two sunrises on our ocean view balcony. Just a beautiful memory. It's only a short walk to the beach, lounge chairs and towels included; tho an extra $30 charge for use of an umbrella. There's also a decent sized heated pool. They have a spa, gym, restaurant, convenience store, and business center all on site. There's plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. We had no need to rent a car. We also took advantage of using their complimentary bicycles. You can check them out for a couple hours. We were warmly welcomed and the staff was mostly friendly over all.

Second time here and exactly the same issues as last time. 2 years ago we stayed for a week and had the issues I'll mention below. 2 years ago, I informed staff of the problems before we left and had hoped that these issues would have been ironed out 2 years later.....sadly, they weren't. We booked a suite for 5 people and emailed in advance to let them know our arrival time and that we would like the beds set up. We got an email back saying this was fine and the beds would be ready. When we arrived and were sent (not shown) to our room, the beds were not set up. We told staff immediately and they told us that housekeeping had finished for the day, but a security guard was sent and they eventually set up the beds.
