Customer Reviews
Overall clean clean clean and it was very fair priced. Nice bed and shower. The noise about the jack and Jill bath is not true from my angle. Ask or book a room with a private bath.
Not at all what the pictures looked like. The floor was wet. The ac unit was loud. The bathroom lights were dim. The other 2 light bulbs in the bathroom were out or blown. The sheets had stains. Overall, I was truly afraid to lay down, good thing I always travel w sheets. There was a small bar of soap. Nothing to bath with. The wash clothes were worn and tethered and it definitely was not $47/ night. But if u get it for $47, you could probably push through for a night. You could also see up under your door. The only plus was that I'm assuming we met the maintenance guy and he was charming.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. I still didn't stay in the room. I left immediately. I booked through Expedia and after one month of discussion with Expedia they refunded my money. Expedia was never able to get ahold of the hotel for approval of my refund so they refunded me on their own. This is a shady, dirty place.
We checked into the anchor we showed lovely pictures online in close proximity to the beach in the concert. We were going to attend day one. The sheets were clean, but the bathroom, not so much day. 2 no service whatsoever day 3, we had to ask for service as we needed clean towels and another roll of toilet paper. We were then told that if we wanted service, we would have to check out every day and check back in to a new room day, 4 went off without a hitch. We didn't spend much time in the room day, 5 again. We had to check back out and check back in as we needed clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. Day 6, we had to ask for the floor to be washed as the floor was gross and sandy from day one we even asked, does the floor naturally feel that way, or is it? Just dirty We had to go out o
This is genuinely the worst hotel l've ever stayed at in my life. Rude, dirty, and misleading. It looks nothing like the photos. Found several cockroaches in our room, told the front desk (that isn't even attached the the hotel itself, rather the motel next door) and they told us to sweep it off the deck and into the pool. Mold on balcony. Never received new towels or toiletries. Was going to get a new room but the hotel and Hotels.com refused (despite paying for the insurance.) Had to pay another $100 resort fee on arrival. Scam.
