Used to stay here years ago with the ski team from highland hills. They were so kind. So nice! Funky rooms clean and orange juice and rolls for breakfast. A little ma Pa place with no pretense of being anything other than that. Love the place and still hope to stay there again someday. Give the small guy some. Love you guys
Was Supposed to be a 35th Anniversary Getaway but turned into a big headache. Called first and price was over $200 for one night. Found much better price on Priceline for same motel. Got there just before 10 pm and no one was round. (Itinerary said latest check-in was 10 pm) Phone by door to office to call but no one picked up. Tried to call main number but call would not go thru. Must have blocked my number. Looks like they were doing renovations because of huge dumpster in the driveway. Called Priceline and they could not get owners to answer either. Got full refund plus inconvenience pay. Do not recommend to stay here.
We were so disappointed in this motel. We do not mind an older motel, but our room was so dirty and the room looked as though nothing had been changed since the 1960's. Behind the night stand there was a power strip that was covered in some kind of sticky grime. There was dust and crud along the edges of the room, the bathtub had moldy grout, and under the bathroom sink. It was so gross, that we almost slept in our car.
Beautiful older hotel. Room was large, with two queen beds, and a full kitchenette. Full-sized refrigerator. Bathroom was kind of small and the shower head was weak. Beds were a bit too firm for my taste but I slept well. Nice AC unit kept the room cool during a heat wave. Easy parking and access to room. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again, even thought the prices have tripled since the pandemic.
The was so small and extremely hot!! The room lookedblike it hadnt been cleaned at all. There was a fridge and microwave but no coffee pot. There was a bigger room but couldn't upgrade, I asked too. The lady at the desk was very nice and respectful. There is picnic grills and tables outside and the yard is beautiful but no pets allowed. There is a bike trail with access to it on the property.
