I saw a negative review here about the gluten free food at Aerie, but I had the opposite experience (as a person with Celiac). I had a wonderful server (Mac) who asked the chef about the gf options for me, and the chef came out to speak to the table next to us about their allergy situation as well. The food and service were both amazing, along with the stunning mountain views.

Beautiful property. It’s nice to sit close to the fire. Food is excellent, we had burrata and mushroom sliders. We appreciate the attention to vegetarian cuisine options. Slightly over-priced but the flavors are worth spending a couple extra dollars. They also tack on a 9% “Copper Mountain” surcharge which is a BS way of taking advantage of customers.

Typical overpriced mid-mountain ski resort restaurant and facilities. I got a $15 bowl of the clamp chowder. Was it worth it?? It was delicious and did satisfy a craving so maybe it was. Large selection of food and beverages. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to people watch.

The chef and staff were absolutely lovely. The lamp chops were amazing. All of the food we had was seasonal and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Amazing bar and restaurant with a contemporary design atop Copper Mountain. A great place to take in the view, whether you snowboard/ski or not, because you can take the gondola up for a $30 fee. The staff is helpful and accommodating in getting you a table—the wait is usually not long. The food is a little pricey for the quality, but the space and the views make it all worth it. My elderly parents, who were with us on the ski trip, but do not ski, had an opportunity to join us on the mountain midday at the Aerie — a wonderful family memory that we’ll cherish.
