Passage Point at Center Village by Copper Mountain Lodging

Overall, Passage Point is an incredible option for a ski resort. There's a gym, hot tub, pool, and laundry facility. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen, a twin queen bunk bed, a king bed, two bathrooms, and patio. The television in the living room also allowed users to log in to the apps so you have access to your favorite shows. I gave service two stars, as at one point my husband lost our room key and it took several hours to figure out how to get assistance as we couldn't get back into the building (key card only access in/out). Other than no staff anywhere- which can be nice sometimes- we're happy to return here in the future.

Our stay at Passage Point 215 itself was fine, but unfortunately our experience with Vacasa, the property management company, was the worst service experience we encountered during our entire trip — including hotels, car rentals, ski equipment rentals, and ski lessons. Due to medical reasons, we were forced to shorten our stay. We had made the reservation only the evening before, yet Vacasa was the only service provider at the ski resort that refused to offer a refund for the unused nights. Every other provider — including the ski rental shop, ski school, and even the car rental company — showed understanding and canceled the remaining services without issue. Only after a very long and frustrating process with their customer service team did they agree to provide a minimal partial refund

Pet policy is very misleading. The website makes it sound like the entire Passage Pointe building is pet friendly but it is not. We booked a room here because it showed up on the pet friendly filtered search results on Copper’s website but when we arrived they said our specific room was not pet friendly and we had to upgrade to another room that was more expensive. Room and facilities are fine but would have booked somewhere else if they had been transparent about their pet policy from the beginning. Employees at the desk were very rude about the situation. We will not be staying here again.

We stayed here on our vacation. Very nice facilities. We loved the views of the mountains from the deck. The unit was really nice, and had everything we wanted for the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Used a two bedroom 2 bath unit in August 2018. Weather was lovely. Unit had kitchen with microwave and coffee maker and each bedroom has a king size bed and also a humidifier (that worked well). The quest bathroom had very little counter space and no fan. The unit was on the third floor. Parking and access were easy. The balcony overlooked the town square. The bed in the guest bedroom was very nice. Overall the experience was very nice. Sleeper sofa in living room was considered very good by the person who used it. The TV had cable. The refrigerator was a nice size. We didn't use the stove. Dual sink was nice for washing dishes. Also the place was very clean.
