Texas Bungalows Hotel & Hotel Que at i35 Austin Pflugerville

Would have given 5 stars, rooms are clean and modern but they have no drain plugs for their tubs. I called the office and they didn't have any. I had to use a trash bag to fill the tub.

Very basic. Clean. Quiet. Newer. Nothing remarkable. A room for travel sleep. Well lit parking, seems safe

TRASH . STRAIGHT TRASH . AFTER CANCELLATION BECAUSE OF THE HOTEL HAVING ROACHES THEY STILL TOOK $80 . KEEP IN MIND . I WAS ASLEEP AND THATS WHEN THEY CAME OUT IT WAS GROSS. ILL BE POSTING THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE .

This was my first time traveling and being at a hotel so I did a lot of research when booking a hotel.The people at the office were nice and gave me no problem because I reserved a room on their actual website. 170 for two nights is such a good price for an updated hotel and nice area to sleep in.THE ONLY ISSUE was the restroom was not cleaned the toilet seat had pee stains and the bath tub had pubic hair (luckily I brought Clorox wipes). The walls are pretty thick so you won’t hear the highway next door and the rooms are pretty cold so I suggest bringing an extra blanket. The elevator and hallways always smelled really good.Checkout was easy as well you just put your keycard in a box no need to let staff know. I would give it a 5 stars but the toilet seat is what through me off…

Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The cleaning crew stole my cell phone and the cowardly front desk attendant wouldn't even attempt to find it and refused to even speak to me about it. Even went as far as sending me an email telling me they weren't going to do anything about it and if I wanted to involve law enforcement, to go ahead. It was only when I showed them the video proof of their cleaning crew member handling my phone that they suddenly changed their time and miraculously found my phone. No apology. No acknowledgement that their employing a thief. Not to mention we had to do our own towel laundry if we wanted fresh towels. And we had to go to the office and practically beg the front desk clerk for them. Same with soap. It was like pulling teeth to get any
