Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin North - Pflugerville by IHG

Very conveniently located near shops, Target, and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and I loved the breakfast options (with oikos yogurt in sugar free and regular instead of cheaper options) and the coffee in the lobby was actually very good as they had a machine that grinds the beans each time. The manager went above and beyond to bring out some half and half creamer for us to use when we requested it after breakfast was over. It wasn't noisy and I was able to stay with my 4.5 month old baby without any issues. Overall I was very impressed and enjoyed my stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pflugerville. The General Manager, Markie, was amazing—so welcoming, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests have a great experience. The front desk team was just as incredible, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel itself is very well cared for, and you can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping it that way. Housekeeping deserves a special mention too—my room was spotless every day, and they always greeted me with a smile, which made the stay feel extra warm and inviting. Overall, this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The staff here truly make the difference, and I’d recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous! Our check in was fast and the employees were very friendly. The hotel has fresh baked cookies in the lobby every afternoon which was a very nice bonus. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here again!

Stopped in after a few days camping and what a delightful experience. Rooms were clean and showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Check in was smooth and easy, with the front desk staff being professional and friendly. I didn't use the pool or gym but it was great to know they are available and to see what great shape both facilities are in. The breakfast buffet was very well done with several great options and everything tasting fresh. Overall a great experience and definitely a hotel I would book again when in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located next to businesses with plenty of dining choices nearby. The staff are exceptional and friendly while going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The pool and outside areas are clean and well taken care of. They even have a propane grill ready to be used! Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. Hot and fresh coffee at anytime. They had a good breakfast with plenty of choices. Nothing bad to say about our stay!
