First trip to Maine and if we only stayed here on this trip I’d be content. Such a beautiful, relaxed, super clean atmosphere! The view and sitting area outside is breathtaking. Our room is huge with a gorgeous view for sunrises. The bed is super comfortable and much appreciated after our long travel time. The room is dated but it’s the kind I love🩷. It’s that Kellermans vibe. The staff are as sweet as can be, the breakfast is fresh and delicious. The price is great. Oguniquit itself is a gorgeous friendly town with so much to offer. The food and shopping are great. It’s so quaint! Feels very safe and we have walked everywhere! I don’t want to leave! Lovely location. Situated right on the bay but walking distance to all shops etc. Lovely room. Huge bed. No 108. Plenty of fruit and toast for breakfast. Really friendly check in staff Overall would recommend. Our room did have a strong smell of bleach on arrival. But on opening windows it went. The hotel acknowledged this. Remember to do the walk to Perkins cover on the lovely pathed path.

Terrace is a lovely place to stay if you stay in the main house with a balcony facing the sea. We had a lovely view of the river and comfortable loungers on the sun deck. Not sure about the other rooms. The bed comfortable, the restroom was spotless. It has older building charm and not a lot of receptacles to charge your phones, watches, etc. I did speak to the desk about the overuse of cleaning products used in our room before checking in. We had to open the sliding door, window and turn on the air unit to be able to stay in the room the first night. Very well located. Assigned parking.

when I booked the hotel they gave me a specific price, but when my sister called for balance on the day we were to arrive they told her a different price. The original price they gave me was only for 2 people. When we call for reservations we Always ask for a room for 3 adults. We rented a large room with 2 bedrooms, queen bed and 2 twin beds, kitchen, living room. So my sister argued with the rude women who was the desk manager and she wouldn't budge on price at all and they said they always quote rooms for 2 people. We told them there were 3 of us coming.! So we had to pay extra money.! Then the room we had was over the garage where staff get there equipment, such as leaf blower etc. In the early AM I hear a man talking like he was in the next room and I could hear his phone playi
