You get what you pay for. My original room was not at all what I had expected. After having a few issues I was upgraded to a much better room. The location was perfect, right by the beach & a 20/30 minute walk to go all the way up the strip. The customer service was phenomenal. Any issue I had they were right there to make it better. Overall I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay, a bargain to stay here in this area in a clean setting and with a pool. Roku TVs. Great kitchen. No it is not the high end place and you know that when booking but it is excellent quality. The other reviews that complain ... I'm not sure what some people are expecting. Take the negative reviews with a big grain of salt. These rooms and with the pool, make this an excellent deal. Very communicative and hosts sent messages asking how everything is going and if we needed anything. Definitely highly recommend staying at this place.It was wonderful this was about a block away from the beach.Couldn't ask for a better stay Michael

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the prices were great, and the location couldn’t be better. What really sets this place apart is the staff. I accidentally locked myself out of my room around 1 AM on Thanksgiving, and the team went above and beyond to help me. They immediately gave me a new room for the night, then came first thing in the morning to open my original room. Even though the situation was entirely my fault, they still upgraded my room and offered me a free night for the inconvenience. Jonathan at the front desk was especially kind—he even helped carry my bags. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.

Booked the hotel for a weekend trip with friends. Showed up to find I didn't have a place to stay because I booked on the wrong website. Was told management changed in 2024 and the old management company still had their website up and were still taking reservations. As she finished explaining the situation to me, two other parties showed up with the same issue. All of us were turned away and had to find other accommodations. |It's 2026. There's been plenty of time for the transfer of all management systems. I was only offered a lame explanation and told they couldn't do anything. Now I have to go dispute charges in my credit card and find another place to stay last-minute.

The best part about this place is the proximity to everything. Close to the beach and the strip. This alone was worth the money compared to neighboring hotels. The cons? The room is not at all like the photos. Furniture was dirty and stained and not at all boutique feeling. Also didn’t have all the furniture that was pictured so there wasn’t enough room for us to sit in the living area. Shower was dilapidated. Paint peeling. Tiles cracked. Hot water didn’t last very long, but water pressure was good. Bed was uncomfortable. Could feel the springs and the pillows were old and all flat. —I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any. They advertise to use a phone number to text if you need anything. I used this prior to arrival and during our stay and never was responded to. The pool is NOT
