Staff comes in my room without permission. Not the cleaning people, the STAFF. There’s bedbugs and the man said I brought them in there. Even though there are multiple reviews saying there are bedbugs. Refused to give me my money back or move my room. Dirty bedsheets.I understand you get what you pay for. But bedbugs is different.

This place has bedbugs. My daughter paid them to stay there until her new house is ready. When she went to the front desk to complain about the bedbugs and asked for a refund or to be switched rooms they told her no. They said that she brought them in there. And made her leave without a refund. I KNOW FOR SURE SHE DID NOT BRING THEM WITH HER!!

Hey, avoid this place as much as you can!!! The manager is so horrible! The bed sheets ain’t clean and the room isn’t worth your $60! So it happened I forgot the charger in the room and the following day I went to the front desk but the manager didn’t bother to call the occupant who was inside room 135! I lost my Smrt iPhone charger and he didn’t bother to inquire if the charger was inside! He talks to me rudely and never wants us over there! So if you forget your important documents it's gonna go that way! Avoid this place as much as you can! A manager walking with ||I'm a very rude guy!! You ain’t going to be treating your customers this way! Go somewhere and spend your money where it’s worth!

This place is repugnant. There's a "bedroom" door lock on the door.. (I can see outside when it's closed) NO BOLT OR LATCH. The WALLS ARE NASTY with stuff oozing down them i had to stay for it was close to the depot and it was a category 3... Ugh When my friends saw where I was they left Biloxi and came to collect me... Oh! There's a $20 deposit for the tv remote?? All the channels were in Espanol

Dirty sheets, no toilet paper, break-in-able locks, low water pressure, not worth the price, better places around for same price, rude and greedy owners, probably why hardly never anyone there, crappy service
