Southwood RV Park

Quite spot near the bay. Needed a spot for a year as I travel for work. Clean well maintained. Management does a good job with noise control and property maintenance. 10 minutes drive to anything and several places to eat. I stayed 13 months no complaints.

My wife, son & I stayed here for six months while I was working in one of the shipyards & I will say this. The lots are plenty big enough, water, sewage electricity & wifi were included in the price of the lot. I was very impressed with that. There is a dog park, laundry mat in the club house. We also had our two dogs with us & Chris allowed us to install a metal fence just in case the dogs got out they couldn’t run. It is very peaceful & a great place to unwind after a long day. Chris, Danielle & Joe keep the place clean & well run. On holidays they had picnics for everyone in the park that wanted to attend free of charge, we really enjoyed them. Laundry & clubhouse were clean & the machines ran well. For us Vets they are installing a flagpole in the middle of the park & well lit area. If

Staying here has been a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere, and it’s just out of the way enough you don’t have to deal with constant flow of traffic. The staff is welcoming and has made sure everything runs and continues to run smoothly. The Park is clean, well-kept, and the sites are decent size offering a bit of a yard. It is a comfortable stay all around, quiet, and provides all the amenities you’d need outside of your RV. If you’re in the Mobile area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by!

We stayed for a week while visiting my Mother in Mobile. The site is very quiet and friendly. The local caretaker Joe is friendly and helpful. I really liked the tall trees around the place. Very shady and stately. Across the highway is the Grand Mariner restaurant which is a hidden gem on Dog River. We look forward to coming back

We really enjoyed our stay at Southwood RV Park! The grounds were clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made it the perfect place to unwind. We appreciated how quiet the park was at night, and the sites were spacious with all the hookups we needed.
