Tall Pines RV Park

This RV park has many problems. one being that management will tell you one thing then change it when they wake up the next morning. Dianna Smith is a rude host and does not know how to treat people. It is right on the entrance to the low income housing area and you hear gun shots all the time. it is also right next to the interstate so lots of road noise. the park is dirty and nasty and half the time the grass is very high. It is okay for a lay over at night but no good for long term. Do not give her money up front because when you get there and see the place you will want to leave and she has so many people want their money back that she now does a no refund policy. She also will not take any debit or credit cards where you are protected she wants you to Zelle it or Cashapp. advise come

This campground has seen better days. It is more long term housing than campground. There were 2 sites available. They were narrow and about 35 ft long. Electric only worked on one site. Sites were not clean.|I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate to get off the road

I stayed there about 3 1/2 months I moved out 2 weeks into the month. I complied with everything the owner aaked for ans then aome. I qould not rwcommens this place to anyone she sayz it's 225.00 week let. I paid by thw month 475.00. Never by rhe week. She is a shady woman and does not want or like to give people back their money owes to them. There's much better, cheaper places xlose by check them out before this one

My husband, one year old daughter and I stayed here for 1 month. During that time, the snow storm hit and she turned the water off for a week straight. She has noone to fix anything there. A few days before we were due to pay for the month again, we were asked if we were staying another month and i told her im not sure. She tells us we need to leave because she has already made reservation for the lot. Then the day we are going to move she texts me at work at 12:30 pm telling me check out is at noon. She never told my family this before. But i was nice to her and said ok ill let you know when we are gone. Then she text back and said she would charge 30 if we were not out by 3. Called in as emergency needs alternator belt broke and was running engine off generator. The wife of the owner answered and said, can't get a hold of my husband to see if available space, so good luck to you. I reiterated all we needed was a place to park the RV to be safe so that we could awaken the next day and call for the belt as today was labor day but only response was good luck to you. We did not need hook up just a place to park. Would never recommend a place with people who run their business as this.
