Super 8 by Wyndham Jacksonville AR

The room I received was a smoking room, with burnt bed covers from cigarettes. The room had cockroaches and to top it off… the continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, orange juice or milk, and a muffin. Not worth the cost. The positive side was the staff was very nice. I didn’t bother to complain to them.

Clean and Friendly Staff, but Not as Advertised||The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and patient whenever we called for help. However, the property didn’t look like the photos online—it felt much older and less updated. The pool was dark, closed for part of our 3-day stay, and the TV kept shutting off despite multiple maintenance visits. Our “non-smoking” room even had burn holes in the duvet. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not what the pictures led us to expect.

We were going to stay here, but ended up not staying so Im unsure of rooms or food. However, just pulling in was a nightmare. we had to drive through several parking lots and over several curbs just to get in due to construction. on top of that, pulling up, there were a few cops outside that were searching a vehicle. I walked into the night lobby part to check in which was very small maybe 7ft by 7ft. the attendant was a bit rude and bc there was not much room to check in people stood very xlose, making me uncomfortable. attendant then tried to charge me more than what i was currently looking at online, so i was going to just book online. he got a bit rude, so i decided to leave and stay at one of the other hotels in the strip. great decision id say!

Positive: Easy to check in. Negative: The bed was very hard.

Drove 15 hours with three children picked this motel because it had an indoor pool we get there and they said they close it for winter. It was never advertised on their site. The rooms were awful. It was just dingy and dull, and we left after one hour.
