Econo Lodge Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. From the very beginning, the customer service set the tone. During check-in, the front desk associate asked for my ID with an attitude that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Additionally, although I had specifically booked a king-size bed and requested a smoking room, I was initially told only queen rooms were available and that the property only had non-smoking rooms. Having my reservation details disregarded was frustrating and unnecessary to deal with after a long day of travel. Once in the room, I had concerns about cleanliness. Great place to stay. They were so nice and very accommodating. We stayed for a week visiting our Grandson stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base. Their rates are very reasonable. Will stay again in the spring.

Been coming here for a long time and we absolutely love it. Always clean and tidy. Never have any problems with the rooms, tv or service. Hands down one of the best places to stay

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front office desk was friendly. They offer a small breakfast, laundry onsite, and a pool. The hotel has two levels, but the steps upstairs are not steep. The rooms have an exterior entry. This is a must-stay when in the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had paid for my reservation online right when I reserved and received confirmation for the 2 bed non smoking room. When I got there, they had me assigned to a one bed. I told them that was not what was confirmed or what I paid for. They told me since it was through hotels.com, they will sometimes change it to the cheaper option available and that I would have to pay more to "upgrade" to the 2 bed. I told them I would cancel them, but they went ahead and gave me a 2 bed for just a few bucks more. Was disappointed that the pool that was advertised had no water in it. It is the middle of July and hot as hell. At least the air conditioner worked well and the room itself was nice.
