Take a Hike Cabin

We booked this cabin in March for a November 6 night stay. The day prior to check in we received an email stating the outdoor fireplace could not be used during our stay. We were disappointed to say the least. There was a structural issue, we understand things to maintained and repaired, but to tell us the day prior is very unprofessional in my opinion. There was no attempt to fix fireplace during our stay. We asked for a discount and did receive a small credit. The fridge has no door bins. Holes in the bath towels, faux drawer in kitchen kept fall out exposing nails, the small rug on the deck is a tripping hazard, I almost fell as soon as I stepped on it. The fabric on the couches are torn, the dining room table arm chair was very loose. The cabinet/island is not secure. The toilets and
