Mountain Getaway Cabin Rentals of Blue Ridge GA

I absolutely love booking through Mountain Getaway. This was our second time staying in Mountain High. The first time was during winter and second summer. Both absolutely wonderful. We actually had a beautiful white Christmas. It was beautiful, but we got stuck. We couldn't check out because it had snowed so much and we were up in a steep hill. Misty, the manager was great. She kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Thankfully we didn't get charged for additional nights since we had no way out. I loved the view so much I wanted to try during the summer. Amazing!! We stayed at Bears Lair. It was perfect. The kids missed having a pool table, like the prior one. Also no TV in the main living room. They loved the hot tub. I was in love with the view. We have stayed in three of the cabins offered through Mountain Getaway Cabin Rentals of Blue Ridge. Each has been magical in its own way. The cabins have been clean and ready for our arrival each time. We have enjoyed shopping, dining, and exploring the Blue Ridge area. We have also enjoyed lazy days hanging out at the beautiful cabins. The owners have been helpful whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation. We plan to book our next trip to Blue Ridge through them as well. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed

We just returned from staying in this cabin and it was awesome! Very clean and the amenities were far more than one could hope for. The views were breathtaking...mountains as far as the eye could see. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub every night. The kitchen was great...there were plenty of dishes for preparing meals at the cabin, which saved us a lot of money not having to go out to eat for every meal. The downstairs game room was a blast! We had our own air hockey and bumper pool tournaments. We took in some area sight seeing, but we really could have been fully entertained by staying at the cabin for our entire stay. We look forward to coming back to Blue Ridge and we will most definitely be renting from Mountain Getaway Cabin Rentals again! Would give them more than 5 st

DO NOT BOOK HERE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I have never been so upset. I booked a cabin (second time customer) for our first wedding anniversary. I emailed back and fourth with Misti and we spoke on the phone where I booked for the three night minimum as required for the unit. Finally, day of comes and I call to see how to pick up the keys. As I am talking I am interrupted by the owner saying "HOLD ON, I DON'T HAVE YOU HERE." I cannot begin to explain how rude she was to me. I sent her the emails, their inbox was full and it was rejected. What kind of business has a full inbox and doesn't keep record of customer communications? I had to send them to Misti's personal email. What a joke. The entire time the owner is saying, well, you didn't speak with me. She never once apologized, never once offer
