Table Rock Lake Condos at D'Monaco Resort

Views are spectacular but that’s where it ends. Enormous amount of deferred maintenance and filth that became more and more evident during our stay. Liabilities galore with no care or concern from Ownership. At first, when entering the floor wasn’t vacuumed, dead bugs on the tile, shower tile was filthy and we needed to wear swim shoes. Also, a large amount of dust on the window seals and a coffee cup left from previous guests. Furniture was heavenly used but could tell was nice at one point in time. Private balcony had weeds growing between the tiles and a large amount of debris that was not swept, the railing was quite rusty and sharp in places and got on our clothes when we leaned against it, spiders and spider webs were everywhere, the patio table had to be wiped off due to all the

It is a beautiful place. The views of the lake are so peaceful. The rooms in the main building are stunning and spacious, but pricey. If you like a peaceful location, this is it. It is a distance from downtown Branson, so activities are limited.

Absolutely stunning views and open space inside the condo. No one is available at the front desk usually but when you call from your phone, service is quick and staff is very helpful. However, very bad maintence of the property. Floor carpets are run down, stove does not work, pans are all scratched and limted, sofa bed is broken, TVs does not work and internet is flaky.

What a massive disappointment in this “resort”. It is more like a motel. Access to the rooms are from the outside, and you have to walk outside for hundreds of feet just to go to the restaurant, not great in the pouring rain. And the traffic noise reverberates through the room. The ‘condo’ was just below a basic hotel room except much more poorly constructed. Caulking in the bedroom corners coming off, the countertops were broken and not completed and the windows had paint splatter from years ago. The drawers on the bedside dresser were missing all the handles with just holes where they were supposed to be. The food at the restaurant was very good and the waitstaff and one person upfront were very friendly. It seemed the front desk staff was everything from check-in to waiter to repairma

Sad to see so much just a potential wasted. This could be such an amazing facility with the swim out bar and great location but sadly it's dated worm and not utilized. It's a place where they stick the timeshare tour people so the atmosphere can be a bit rough.
