Absolutely relaxing moments at the Cliffs. Easy to access facilities and employees are helpful. I would definitely visit again. It's location is encompassed on beautiful grounds with a pool overlooking the lakes and small hot tub that is actually a nice hot temperature. Even though it was busy , you could still find a chair near the pool. There are even tables in the shade. You can access the grills to do some cooking and fire pits for evening relaxation.There were games /activities for the kids. There was a neat hands on activity every day at the activity house, limited seating though.

The whole place was clean and always smelled so good. Staff was friendly and we had a great time doing Build A Buddies. Even the shuttle bus drivers were amazing and a lot of fun. It's also convenient b/c it's just down from Big Cedar/Wilderness Club, Fun Mountain, not far from Branson or Dogwood Canyon

Beautiful location. The grounds are beautiful as are the views. Heated pool and spa that is hopefully repaired by now. Nice spacious rooms. We were on the bottom floor with a walkout and patio. One of the best I have stayed in. Only issue is the phone service for T mobile is nonexistant. Staff is very helpful.

We stayed at The Cliffs Lodge (condos) as part of a marketing promo. (Full disclosure we didn't pay full price.) There are homes and condos, which it seems as though most of the pictures are of the homes. ||The customer service was amazing. Upon check in there was a gas smell in our room. The front desk immediately had maintenance in our room and then we were given another room right away. The rooms were very nice and the layout was perfect. Everything was very clean and conveniently placed. ||We ended up extending our stay one more day because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Every encounter we had with the staff was impeccable customer service. We used the shuttle to get to the Big Cedar and the driver Greg was friendly and helpful. The desk service was amazing. They worked

This is one of the nicest Bluegreen resorts we have stayed at. We are Bluegreen points owners, so I cannot comment to the rates they may charge except I do take issue with the daily charge of $5 resort fee. This is so you can access all the public and complimentary at Big Cedar Lodge. We didn't go to Big Cedar Lodge (another resort in the area), as we were busy enjoying family and things in Branson such as SDC and some of the shows. So since I booked two condos, it was $5/day for 4 days for each condo for this this so called access. That was over $40 dollars they charged me for something I didn't use. And no, they won't take it off your bill nor allow you to say we won't be utilizing that access.
