T9 RV Park

This is a great location - - close to I-10 (1-2 mi) but not too close, close to the State Park (~2 miles) which is a very nice day trip/picnic spot (temporarily closed for overnight stays, see attached photos), and close (~1/4 mi) to the quaint little town for market and fuel and restaurant. It's a simple little park, nothing fancy, but the RV Park owner, Tommy is super friendly and helpful. Back-in spots with full (50A) hookups were $20, Jan 2024. Came here after my other plans in Balmorhea didn't work out. Small lot, well maintained. Owner is very responsive. T9 was also pretty quiet, no traffic or trains :) Great location, close to Balmorhea Lake and SP.

Location is perfect for Balmorhea State Park. Tommy is the best. Very flexible and responsive.We forgot our 50 amp adapter and he loaned us one after offering to stop by a store and purchase one on his way home from work.

This RV park was a rare find, full hookups, level pads and a really nice owner named Tommy. All this for $20.00 per night. Awesome place!

Came in late, in the dark, Tommy helped me back-in and hooked up my water and power cord, he even had a 50 to 30 Amp adapter he let me use, great hospitality, low cost and quiet, nice place! Be coming back here again, for sure.
