Swiss Village Inn

We got to stay at Swiss Village Inn last year four or five times and we were just there this weekend. We always get a room with the two person Jacuzzi. We always feel so welcome when I get there the staff is always polite and friendly.. Swiss Village Inn is a great location probably about a mile from downtown main section. When we go to Eureka Springs, this is where we like to stay.

Positive: The owner, remembers me by name every time, before he even looks at my reservation. You cannot get a cleaner hotel room. I keep like a baby every time I stay. Negative: ""

To begin with, the bedframe was made of some material that caused a loud noise like a trash can lid slamming every time you adjusted your position. The cleanliness left something to be desired and on top of all that the owner kept the damage deposit alleging the room was trashed!! We are frequent travelers and always take the time to gather all linens, clean up any trash, and tidy the space before we leave. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am sure a common scam!

My best friend and I spent 3 nights at the Swiss Village Inn. We were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and ease of the room and hotel. The room was clean and smelled good, the bathroom was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. When we arrived the hotel staff were very considerate, polite and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and nice to have the trolley system available right in front our motel. We would recommend this as a good place to stay.

This is a great budget-friendly option! The team there is warm and friendly and even though there were some small cosmetic repairs that could have been made, the room was really clean. The tub, shower, toilet, and sink were especially spotless. The bedding and bed were comfortable and clean. This is not fancy, but cozy and close to lots of good restaurants. Would definitely plan on staying here again.
