Swift River Suites

Had gone there when it was The Boardwalk years ago and it was terrible. Tried it again under new management. It was redone, beautiful, clean, so many amenities including thick shower bars for disabled persons. Had a small kitchen with microwave, Keurig, medium size refrigerator, small amount of dishes and silverware. Towels were the huge soft Hotel brand, .|Large pull out coach for extra beds. Owners were so friendly and helpful. Restaurant had just opened for breakfast and dinner. We didn’t know in time to try the dinner, but tried breakfast and although it was a bit slow as they had only opened for business the day before, the food was good and service wa great. |Would DEFINITELY recommend this if anywhere in the area. Fantastic room (especially the bed, which has me reconsidering my own mattress at home;) ) and incredible hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to Black Mountain with a great attached restaurant. We will definitely return!

I send all my family to stay here. Rooms are large and beautiful and very clean. Maureen is a wonderful and always helpful. Great place to stay and the pub is great for drink and food.

😊: The room was beautful. Very large and nice king bed. Two relaxing chairs. Bath was really nice also.. 😢: The TV hook-up. We could not get stations, it was very confusing..

Did not stay at the Inn, but went to the Pub for New Year's Eve. Great service even though it was crowded. Small, intimate setting. Staff was wonderful and food was great. Definitely a new find, will be back soon.
