Great little spot! Stayed here for one night with friends. Yes the rooms aren’t the fancy updated ones but that’s what gives this place it’s charm! Super clean might I add! The back view of the river is a nice plus! Will definitely be back!

Old style, mom n' pop far from anywhere. Our hosts were the nicest, easy going folks around. |Our room had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Our travelling mates' room didn't but had a patio overlooking the river. Both rooms were super clean, comfortable and furnished "just right". |Just the right amount of retro, mixed with modern convenience at less than a hundred bucks - on a Saturday no less. It even has a clean little swimming pool in the middle of the courtyard! This is really my kinda place.

The room was very clean and comfortable!! The owners were extremely helpful and kind. They made me feel right at home. Room cleaning services were impeccable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a gem for sure

I knew when making the reservation that we were not staying in a luxury place but I wanted something in Rumford -- not 20 miles away. I expected basic and for a basic motel, this is quite good. Importantly, it is very clean. The bedroom was fairly large and the bathroom was a reasonable size. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The furniture is what you need. Jean at the front desk is the owner and very helpful. The internet is sketchy. I never could get on with my iPad but my husband's laptop worked OK after he went to the lobby and signed on. Comfortable bed. Lovely river-front grounds for walking and picture taking. Got some great shots of the fall foliage and the town reflected in the water. The location was just what we needed for our tour the next day. I reco

Booked very last minute, was not planning on needing a hotel room. The owner was beyond accommodating, room was very clean and welcoming. Beautiful property as well and close enough to stores but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing! Will Def be back!
