A wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again.

From the day we arrived, the 2 month stay was totally positive. Management is great ! Really go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable holiday. There are activities everyday & the pool is large & heated ! There are many musicians & the comradery makes for a lot of fun. Dances are held on a regular basis (music is live ) & all dances were well attended. Probably because we have so much fun. As the title says - Best Holiday on Record !

My wife and I make Seeetwater our permanent residence, We love it here! We would like to acknowledge the following employees. that go above and beyond with keeping the community clean and safe. 1, Robin. in the office and 2. Dan, Rick & Rob in the maintenance Dept. I have over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. working in many 5 star hotels and i also worked for our president, Donald Trump. I would hire any of the people I mentioned above to work for me. They are all professionals and make your stay at sweetwater an awesome place to stop by for a few days or live here like we do!
