Sway Hotel

Wonderful experience at Sway Hotel. Newly renovated, very fresh and clean. So new, that when we told them our brand new full- size fridge wasn’t cooling, they swapped it out immediately with another new one, including switching which side the door opened. Nice king bed, large bathroom with great shower. Best of all, Terri at the front desk was an angel, making a trip to UPS to ship a keepsake item to me that I left behind. What service!!

This is a wonderful Motel!! The rooms are very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable. The Staff, especially Katherine was very kind and helpful!! The views are amazing and the pool is very nice and well kept. I recommend anyone visiting Lake Havasu looking for a decent room rate to stay at this location!!

What great find !! Very reasonably priced and a pool that was absolutely spic and span. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is being remodeled and has a first class look way above its grade. All the finishes are all top drawer. The bathroom facilities are first rate and the beds are very comfortable. The location is only a few minutes walk from the London Bridge along the easy to get to shoreline walkway. Definitely 5 stars on this property.

Great location. Extreme budget hotel. Room under $100 that's it. They were just remodeled but I felt like I was staying in a shoe box. Very bare bones. When we walked in the door there was a strong odor of fresh paint and some type of adhesive. My eyes were watering from the strong smells. It was cute inside as though they were trying to make it an upper end room that was trendy but it just fell flat. All very cheap. They didn't replace the shower pan & shower stall so it's all rusted and filthy. The lobby is being remodeled so check in was located in one of the rooms. I'm sorry this is just too cheap. I'm glad we only stayed one night. The town is super cute, I would come back but stay somewhere else.

Positive: Your folks at the front desk.was so great. Negative: Room staff may want to make sure the body wash, etc is not empty.
