Excellent location. Gated entry and an awesome gate/security attendee, Michael. Walking distance to many restaurants and London Bridge Resort. Conveniently located next to Rotary Park. Beautiful view of the golf course and water. Highly recommended!

We rent out one of the condos here at least 4 times a year. All the condos we stay in are kept very clean and have beautiful panoramic view of the golf course, lake havasu, and the red mountains. It is so peaceful and gorgeous here that it is a great weekend getaway and party destination.||||These are condo rentals, so I wouldn't expect a full-service hotel experience. However, the property is always maintained very nicely. It is close enough to the "channel" to be convenient, but far enough away to be peaceful. It is also close to a bunch of chain restaurants like red robin and shogun, but there is an amazing Mex restaurant (Casa Serrano), a good micro-brewery (Mudsharks), and a cinema all across the street. Only spent a week but will be returning. The accommodations were excellent but not as good as the people we met. Everyone was amazing, inviting us to all their activities such as the condo crawl, wine tasting and the group hiking. As far as location, it was wonderful. Great views, close to the restaurants etc. Or an easy walk downtown on McCulloch which is the gathering spot every thurs. for the car show / parade. Right next to a great little par 3 golf course and the channel.||Not a young persons party spot but great for us empty nesters.||We will return

I do NOT recommend this resort. For $1900 a month one would certainly expect a clean living quarters. The blinds were broken, toilet in MB did not work. Owners obviously have not updated or even kept it clean and working. Yes, the view and area are nice. One of the “rules” is that no visitors may use the pool or spa. REALLY? So you have a 2 bedroom condo but no one visiting you can use the pool and spa. And we were told well, if you wanted a remodeled condo, it’s another $1,000. |High price, no quality. THUMBS DOWN.
