Swan Motel

The family that runs it are extremely friendly and very kind. While the motel is older it is clean and well kept. I am very impressed with the property especially my room. The internet is incredibly fast. Love that we are in downtown Perry as now we don't have to worry about parking during the many events perry hosts throughout the year. It is honestly the best decision my fiance and I made by choosing this as our home while we search for own new house.

A very quiet refuge. Rooms very clean. Outside is also very clean. The owners here seem to know exactly what they are doing. Very relaxed and peaceful A nice place to rest a moment or two and gather your thoughts.

The Indian woman is extremely disrespectful and rude!!! Rooms are outdated and they paint over everything instead of fixing it. 10/10 I do not recommend...

They have roaches and bed bugs. Bobby is okay but his wife is horrible they cone in your room whenever they get ready to. Every other week the price goes up higher and higher. They are very rude and disrespectful
