Candlewood Suites Perry- National Fairground Area, by IHG

The hotel is very new and modern and appearance. The facilities are great. There is no breakfast included because it is a candlewood. The only drawback I have with the hotel is that it is right beside I 75 and extremely noisy all through the night with large semi’s driving by. If you are a light sleeper, either get a room away from the highway or find another place.

Lovely Facility! Every has been Updated nicely! Updated store and general area. Nice luggage carts, very clean elevator, hall, and room. Love the upscale kitchenette, desk, and bedside tables with USB and type C ports. Nice dresser and closet area too. This location is right next to the interstate, so bring your fan or white noise machine if that bothers you.

We travel often and stay at many hotels across the country and we were impressed with this hotel. This is a newer hotel and When we arrived the room was very clean and sleek. The bedding and pillows were comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The tv is also great and has apps such as Netflix and YouTube- our toddler was loving it. Everything throughout the hotel is well kept. For those staying longer, the kitchenette and amenities are excellent. The pool, outdoor grilling area, and lobby are all clean and inviting. I also checked out the fitness center and laundry room (which has multiple washers and dryers) and was impressed with how well maintained they were. The hotel is new and very nice. Kind staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Elevator is slow as a turtle No trash can in the bathroom. Tv is really low on the wall. Kitchen was amazing! You could cook a full meal. Liked the closest set up. Was only staying a night but had this been one of my longer business trips I’d been so thankful for that closet and the clothes steamer. Beds are comfortable and decent pillows. The floors were a tad dirty and the shower still had tile taps in it. So I’m assuming this hotel is new, new. Over all very happy and would stay there again.

This hotel looks really good and clean on the outside, in the lobby, and for the most part the rooms as well. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The main issue here was the fact that as soon as we turned on the AC it started reeking of stale urine and mold. The front desk offered to switch our rooms and I saw them notate the room for maintenance so hopefully they actually do something. On top of that the shower, that looked nice and new, was not draining properly. We ended up standing in an inch of water while we were showering which was not very pleasant. Also no breakfast included but they did have a coffee machine in the lobby. We did not explore any of the other amenities. It is also very close to the interstate so you will hear cars and trucks drive by which we did not mind. Overall
