Exceptional Service from Jayson & Ivy! I had an amazing experience here thanks to Jayson (Operational Manager) and Ivy (Front Desk Supervisor). They went above and beyond to help me during my on-the-spot booking and treated me with honesty and respect. Unlike many places that take advantage of walk-in customers, they were very fair and transparent. Their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service truly made my day. Jason at the front desk was really nice and helpful. When we noticed there were no pillows in our room, he quickly went and got some for us. He didn’t complain and made sure we were comfortable. He went above and beyond, and we really appreciated his

Sketchy. The reason this place has such positive reviews is because the front desk person pressures whoever arrives to leave a 5 star review before even checking in. I assume this is because they know what reviews they would receive if they allow whoever stays here to do so after checking in. Politely decline and they will continue to push to try to get you to leave a review/scan the QR code at the front desk. Do not book a room here. The rooms are rough with a stale cat pee/ammonia smell pervading the building. There are a lot of individuals who loiter around the property and in the halls of the hotel. Pay the extra $50 to stay at a standard hotel, it's not worth the cheap stay.

Do NOT choose this location based on reviews. Anything above a 1 star is fake. The clerk asks for a good review before you even finish checking in. The woman that attended to our check in asked if we needed help in doing the review and even volunteered to do it for me. She even reached for my phone. I declined. I don't let anyone use my phone that I don't know. The insistence gave me a bad vibe. After we checked in we walked up to the second floor, since there is no elevator. There was a smelly trash bag on the second floor landing. As we alked down the carpeted corridor, we almost turned around to leave. Since it was late and we were tired from being on the road for 9 hours, we decided to try it out and stay. The room was smelly. Beds seemed old and not comfortable. Pillows
