Best Western Yuba City Inn

I am going to get her name wrong, apologies to her, she checked me in about 9:15pm, SHE WAS AWSOME, great attitude, super nice and had me checked in in 2 mins. THANK YOU TO HER!! During check in it was mentioned there will be and are chickens around, this would be 100% accurate there are ALOT of them, crazy amount dont leave your door open unattended they WILL enter your room. Ask me how I know. The room was clean and spacious. Only 2 channels on TV, but options for log in to stream if you choose. The shower/toilet room is very very small bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Travels for work alone and I felt safe parking is directly in front of the room lighting was sufficient.

I needed just one night in Yuba City so I could meet my fly fishing guide very early the next day. My room was spotless -- the in-room coffee was really good. The climate control kept my room nice and cool even though it was very warm outside. I was warned the roosters might wake me up but I couldn't hear them in my room with the door shut. My bed was comfortable - I got a food night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and were helpful about where I could eat dinner. There are a number of really good choices within walking distance - Under 10 minutes.

I stayed one night in Feburary 2026 while on a fishing trip. At somepoint I lost a fishing reel on the trip. After I got home I called up the Best Western Yuba City on the outside chance that they had found it. Indeed, someone had found it in the parking lot and brought it to the front desk. Thank you to that person. The person at the front desk offered to send it to me if I provided a shipping label. They were super friendly, organized and on it throughout the entire interaction. The customer service was refreshingly GREAT! Thank you Best Western Yuba City!

Average stay. Price wasn’t bad though. Needed a new mattress. Hot breakfast just ok. Eggs over cooked, bacon under cooked wadded up into a greasy ball. Neat to be greeted by wild chickens around property. Much quieter in rear away from hwy 99. |Couldn’t get onto internet right away. One of 2 key cards worked for door entry. |Shower head not tall enough for a 6’3” person. Might stay again if some improvements have been made.|Thank you to staff. Very friendly and professional!!
