SureStay Plus by Best Western Southern Pines Pinehurst

If you book on Hotels.com it may be worth the price. Good for a nights sleep, beds seemed clean but the walls and bathroom didn't. Didn't get any pictures but just imagine kids with dirty hands touching everything. Black and brown spots all over the walls, stayed in room 117.

The only thing holding this place together are the bugs and dirt. No pool, breakfast, or guest laundry, no service. One side of hotel smells like curry 24-7. But a tent and sleeping bag and camp out. You’ll be better off than staying here.

Professionalism has gone out the window I have never seen someone so unprofessional in my life My daughter was trying to stick up for me because the lady at the front desk was very rude and I let it slide the first time. The second time she was cutting me off and very mouthy I asked for her manager’s number but by the looks of it seems like she has been rude and gotten away with it before. I would never go back there again.

Positive: The staff was very nice. Negative: The floor was dirty. Not much for breakfast but that wasnt important to me.

Some rooms need repair. Thermostat didn't work in my room and weather/sound proof seal around the door to the outside was old and no longer worked. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Located right off hwy 1 and only 15 minutes from the Carolina Horse Park.
