Do not stay here, we just had an incident of people breaking into my parents room and stealing their stuff, luckily the police department has a fast response. I am told by the police that this has not been the first time at this hotel. The rooms have roaches, rust everywhere, and seems like no working secruity cameras. Again DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE RISK OF YOUR STUFF STOLEN WHILE ON VACATION. Aside from the breaking and entering the room is not well kept. The bathroom handle is not screwed on all the way, the hook for the towels fell out of the wall while somebody was in the shower and there is rust all over the dirty floors. I start this review while sitting in a Dennys at 1:40am, it being the only refuge with some comfort of home. In short, stay away. Just pay extra for a competent hotel, like Hyatt. Don’t be like us. At 10pm on our second night we attempted to return to our room. The lock refused to open. At this time we returned to the front desk, the receptionist was extremely willing to help with our issue. He printed new cards and told us they should work properly this time, as the hotel just went under renovation and the new system is finicky at the moment. We return to our room and the new keys were dead on arrival. We quickly return to the front desk and tell him about our issue. I stayed here 1 night after going to Disney's Epcot Festival of the Holidays. This was my second time staying here. The hotel is under going a remodel right now. I did not experience any issues because of the remodel. The staff I did interact with was pleasant and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. This time, I did not eat breakfast. The last time I stayed which was mid to late November, it was for one night and I did partake of the breakfast. The breakfast was what I expected from a hotel that includes breakfast in the price of the hotel room. Don't expect a grand buffet. But do expect one meat option, eggs, possibly biscuits and gravy, pastries, pancakes or waffles, coffee or tea, 2 or 3 juice options, milk, and yogurt options. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given had a strong smell of humidity and visible signs of mold. It was completely unacceptable, especially considering the health concerns related to mold exposure. We immediately asked the front desk clerk if we could switch rooms due to the condition, and she flatly refused. She was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue or making our stay more comfortable. This kind of service is simply unacceptable. We expected basic cleanliness and courtesy, and unfortunately, we received neither. I do not recommend staying here, and we will definitely not be returning. This woman doesn’t have any education at all, she was mean and disrespectful, even screaming at customers

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was given a room with visible mold, even around the lamps and in the bathroom. It literal felt wet in the room and smelled like mildew. When I complained, staff offered another room, but I shouldn’t have been placed in a moldy room in the first place. I asked for a refund, and the property told me to go through Expedia — then told Expedia they couldn’t be reached. When I tried calling myself, they even pretended to be a restaurant. I ended up leaving and staying at the Hilton next door. This property is unsafe, dishonest, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
