SureStay Plus by Best Western Elizabethtown Hershey

Loved this hotel. Modern, clean and neat. Comfy bed, nice patio outside (by the pool) with a firepit and tables with umbrellas. They also have a good gym. Great staff and breakfast offered many choices. Highly recommend. Just recommended to friends

We found this as a last minute place to stay and we surprised! It was close to the trails we wanted to ride on and for an old hotel, it was very clean. Lots of areas were quite dated but the room was clean and the linens were bright white! I did find a few random black curly hairs on a wash cloth, which was quite gross, so perhaps the laundering needs attention! The outdoor space, outside of the pool area was lovely, as was the hot tub (not quite warm enough for my liking). The cherry on the top was the breakfast!! Definitely not a typical BW breakfast. The food was awesome, so was the coffee and the attendants were friendly and hospitable. Definitely would stay again!

Positive: Employees were nice, property was very well-maintained, breakfast was good, pool area was great, and room was very comfortable. This is the best hotel in this class we’ve been to in a long time! Negative: No, I liked everything about this hotel.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! General manager Dawn and Luis at the front desk were so helpful in answering all my questions--our stay was so nice I even booked a third night! The rooms were spacious and clean, we loved the pool and hot tub and the very best part was the breakfast!! What a spread! It was way more than I expected for such a reasonably priced hotel. We will be back!

5 star stay. Nicole really was the all time outstanding worker. We had a move from house to house, thought we left at hotel. Nicole was so gracious by checking high and low! Such professionalism! We found our suitcase an hour later behind some large boxes at home!!! She deserves 10 stars for the effort she put in. Please keep hiring people like Nicole! Jessica
