SureStay Plus by Best Western Ada

Room was pretty much clean, the floor could’ve been swept and mopped a little better. Beds slept pretty comfortably and very clean shower. Breakfast is good 👍🏻

I would have given a 5 out of 5 but the a/c filters were very dirty and we could hear a knocking noise all throughout the night. I did take the filters to the front desk and was told they would return them. Unfortunately they were not completely cleaned so I cleaned them myself. This issue seems to be common with ALL hotels! Our room was spacious, clean( other than the filters) and affordable.

Our hotel room was supposed to be fully covered by my work company, however it was absolutely horrible!! We stayed for three days and let me tell you, it was something. First off, there was actual mold on the sheets, there were bugs in the bathroom and the service was horrible, there was also mold in the bins. They entered our room without permission, touched our things and moved them around. They also illegally charged us 250$ for our two dogs, which we signed a contract stating how many we had, what kind they were etc. They are also service dogs. They stated that they charged us because they had to clean up the 'mess' our dogs left behind. One of them doesn't even shed while the other has an extremely thin coat. During Labor Day weekend stayed here while visiting my dad and the hotel was quiet. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. My only issue was the bed sheets having hair and the house keeping knocking on our door 2x before it was time to checkout.

Positive: check in was wonderful Negative: The beds were hard as a rock. We all had neck pain for the next 2 days because of it. It was like there was a piece of plywood under the mattress. Sheets had stains & hair on them. Floor was filthy. I bought a Swiffer mop to clean it.
