Raintree Inn

If I could put a negative zero I would. We checked into our room Thursday. Friday we weren’t allowed to be in our room due to redoing the carpet. Which we gave them the courtesy of doing since we would be at the mule sale. But we got done early. Went to check if we could go in. We were told they were still working on the rooms. So we left to go sit in our truck with AC, keep in mind my dad has a bad hip, he is crippled. We finally came back to our rooms at 8 PM leaving them all day to get the carpets done. We got there and nothing was done. I went down to speak to the owners about allowing a check out time of one extra day and the husband is extremely rude. Was yelling getting hot tempered. I kept telling him. Please don’t yell at me. Regardless of what the conversation was they refused to

After renting rooms for work here we didn't get any company breaks and there's no pool or continental breakfast as advertised. So no I can't give them a good review. And the last straw was a raise in the room rates. Moved on. The way I see it is I'm there to do business. And in doing business there helps there business. Now we don't do business there and they lose out on two rooms being rented

My husband and I stayed at this place one night this week (night before last). We had just previously checked into a different Hotel and had to check right back out because we saw signs of bed bugs. It seems there were no bed bugs in this place, though (Raintree). We were grateful for that much! However, it is slightly frustrating to see a pool full of water that is permanently out of order. The room also looked like it had not had a deep cleaning in a long, long time. The edges were very dusty. The room was very musty smelling. But then, so was the lobby. (That place could use a good ozone treatment.) There were also dead bugs and crickets scattered around the room. On the upside, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Do not stay there. The owners are very rude and hateful. There are bed bugs everywhere in all rooms. The rooms are gross and disgusting. Beds are gross and dirty. Towels are very nasty. Bathrooms are gross and dirty. Someone needs to turn them into the health department. Broken liquor bottles everywhere. Dope needles everywhere. And they do charge for pets. $50 pet fee plus 20 dollars a day.

The rooms are terrible!! The sheets had ash and stains all over them and there’s holesin the walls, and in the doors and my door handle in that bathroom was broken and just chilling there. There is no hot water at night AT ALL! when we got there everything was unplugged the fridge, microwave, ac, and the TV. The beds had trash under them. I think they clean it themselves. The guy that’s in the lobby is very rude and nosy. He was asking us personal questions and everything. We watches your every move. He told us he watched us walk to our cars. And we had someone bring us food and he said we couldn’t stay because we had visitors.this is the worst place in ada!!! You don’t even get what you pay for, you get less.
