Budget Inn Ada

Could be nice with updates. Place is a bit run down. No desk chair for desk, iron, hangers, or coffee maker. Microwave was disgusting. Housekeeping definitely missed it. Bed was comfortable and lady at desk was nice.

This motel has some bad reviews on various sites. We decided to give it a try because of the price. We didn't encounter any of the cockroaches, biting bugs, people lurking around or bad smells other reviewers complained about. The owners were very friendly. They told me the rooms had been remodeled. Our room was nice. It was spacious with a king size bed, fridge and microwave. It has an easy chair in the corner. The water in the sink and shower warmed up quickly. The wifi worked well.

Room was clean, bed was hard as a rock. It's a place to lay your head but that's about it.

The staff are friendly enough. The beds are Soso, everything was clean. The TV has deep bass so watching it was weird. The wifi don't reach the whole area well. The fridge barely worked had to turn it up pretty high to get it to even chill drinks The ac is what annoyed me the most it's set to 67 but didn't get any colder than about 73 which made me sleep blanket less and I was still hot. Got about 3 hrs of sleep. Atleast it was cheap.

I’m going to give this 5 stars! I read so many reviews, but my husband and I came to town for the night for the Clarita Amish Auction, so we needed a cheap, clean, comfortable place to stay, and this was it! Did it have pink sheets? Yes! But they were clean, they were soft and the bed was super comfortable! I think the entire room could use a deep clean in general, but it’s a basic room and did exactly what we needed. We will likely stay here yearly as long as it’s still as good. We rolled in late and check in was super easy. My only con was on the night stand there is no lamp, which would’ve come in handy. Otherwise, we will be back!! Thanks for keeping rates low without it compromising cleanliness or comfort.
