SureStay Hotel By Best Western Bellmawr

When booking this place it says free breakfast, however, when you go here there are signs plastered all over the foyer saying "NO BREAKFAST". The area that seems that it would have been for the breakfast is filled like a hoarders shed with a lot of different items and just looked chaotic. The room I was given wasn't clean when I went in. There was some white substance on the carpet, the microwave had crud in it, and mirrors were visibly dirty. Some of the lighting fixtures in the room did not work. While I saw the postings for daily room cleaning, not once did the cleaners clean my room during a 5 day (4 night) stay. I even saw the cleaning people each day, but for some reason, they did not come clean the room. The bathroom shower does not have a proper shower curtain. It is lined with

I can't give it more than a 3 and would be less but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is very limited, muffins, nice tea or coffee. No milk for tea. The desk was friendly. They charge 15$ for a pet. Bathroom outdated. We are hauling a trailer and had to park way behind the building and we didn't feel comfortable. Ask the Columbia restaurant (on the same lot) if we could park there after choosing and they refused.

I made a reservation for one night because I was heading home the next day on my way north and at first they tell me they don't have my room available when the reservation was made over 45 days prior. So we wait and get assigned a perfectly good non smoking room and about ten minutes later the room they originally had booked had miraculously opened up, so we bring our belongings to the room pictures above they said was "cleaned" and ready to go. A very huge embarrassment and our hard earned "wyndham reward" points are now gone. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person sleep here and it had dried blood and who knows what diseases in there. Needless to say I slept in my vehicle that night.

I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.

Worst place I've ever been to. Room wasn't clean, very sketchy area. Carpet was nasty all thru the hotel. Looked run down everywhere you looked. Customer service was very bad. Beds weren't comfortable at all. Not to mention when I was putting luggage in car had the local cop stop look at me like I was a criminal. Then ride around the parking lot 3 times keeping an eye on me. Overall this experience was the worst I've ever had. I highly recommend NOT going here ever!!! If you do I'm 100% sure you will be highly disappointed in your stay. I would like to say something nice about this place but I honestly cannot do it. Please AVOID!! There was also a mystery device on the wall pointing right at the bed. Not sure what that was but I covered it up. Very creepy indeed.
