We got a non smoking room on the second floor, the room was very clean. I have allergies so I make sure to always get non smoking rooms and this room had no smoke smell. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are open 24/7 and were very accomodating to my needs. Will definitely go there again when I'm in the area.

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this hotel. I was only on the property for about an hour, yet I experienced harassment from staff and was later charged for things I did not authorize, which I consider fraudulent. Not even an hour into our stay, staff falsely claimed that the fire alarms were going off because of us. We were also accused of smoking in the room, despite the fact that there are security cameras that could confirm my partner smoked outside, not inside the property. They escalated the situation by calling the police on us without justification and refused to refund my payment. After we left, they even attempted to withdraw an additional $100 from my bank account without authorization. When I called the hotel to resolve the issue, the staff were rude and hung up on

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with friendly staff making me feel welcome from the start. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.I'd highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort.

TERRIBLE the bathtub was disgusting upon arrival it was full of pubs and dirt so nasty!!! My boyfriend and I went here last minute and will never again. Besides the dirt they interrupted our time not once, not twice but three times knocking on the door demanding to do a walk through because the "fire alarm" went off in their office and believed we were smoking in a NON SMOKING room neither of us smoke!!! They wanted to walk through while we were not presentable!!! We later discovered it was the people next to us smoking as we left for dinner they were on the balcony smoking smh why not check YOUR CAMERAS!!!!!! When we returned from dinner our key was disabled I guess she felt a type of way from us not letting her in......we were going to leave but didn't want this trifling mess to disturb
