Red Roof Inn & Suites Philadelphia - Bellmawr

Very Friendly front desk staff as well as cleaning staff. Free coffee in the morning is great considering very cold temperatures outside. Rooms were a decent size as well as the beds. The sofa chair was very ideal because the bottom pulled out to make a perfect sleep area for my daughter. Bathroom was a good size. I wish they were pet friendly for those who have pets but overall, I give them five star rating 😊

Positive: Conveniently located to restaurant's, highways and the front desk clerk was great. Negative: 1st room the tv didn't work, they gave us a new room. There was no commentary breakfast - (eg - coffee) Bed was hard, no shampoo in the container in the shower.

Awesome place to stay. Great front desk staff. Ali is the man!! Gotta love when people go out of their way to help you out. Can't rave about this place enough. The hotel across the way is complete garbage compared to this place. Springy beds and terrible service compared to the nice comfy beds and great TV here. Easy 5 stars!!

We arrived around 10pm on a Friday night to discover a long check in line and a hotel that was in the process of selling out for the evening. We had a reservation, but waited about a half hour to check in due to several folks in front of us checking for available rooms. Our wait was a minor annoyance, but nothing compared to the two black men immediately ahead of us who were in the middle of checking in with a junior staffer when a manager arrived and instantly declared, “We have no rooms, sold out, you can leave now.” ||||That the men were most of the way through check-in, were about to hand over a credit card, and that the manager hadn’t looked at papers, the computer, or anything else made clear that what the manager was saying was untrue; that we were greeted with a smile moments after

We used to live around the corner from the Bellmawr Red Roof Inn so whenever we come back, we always stay here. Front desk staff is always friendly. Renovations are nice. Clean and quiet. We recommend.
