SureStay by Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon

I chose this hotel because I'm an employee of Best Western and I get a discount. It was $30 a night. That old saying, you get what you pay for is so apt for this situation. The hotel is pretty outdated and in desperate need of a remodel. There's no elevator, which was fine for me but older or handicapped people would have no way to get up to the 2nd floor. The room wasn't bad, at least it was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. There were 2 outlets and a light switch that didnt work though. Breakfast was an absolute joke. White bread, 2 types of cereal and an automatic pancake maker that I'm surprised was still working. Well it sort of worked. As the pancakes were coming out of the machine they stuck to the conveyor belt and were shredded. I think they had a self serve yogurt machine

We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price and good customer service. It was $65 total for a very clean room with 2 double beds. Really comfortable! The breakfast of muffins and coffee was fine for me.

I stayed here for one night with my family, I am beyond grateful how smooth the check in and the receptionist is very accommodating. it’s a beautiful inn in the middle of woods and I love the place. the room is clean, beds and sheets are all clean and most specially washroom is really clean! I am so happy to stay in this place and I would love to recommend it to my friends.

Good location just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Williams.. if that’s even a thing. The rooms were clean and free of any smoke odor, which was appreciated. However, amenities were limited. The only vending option was a mostly empty soda machine, and the breakfast consisted of cereal and toast, along with a few mini muffins that appeared meticulously counted and arranged in the pastry display. The orange juice machine and pancake maker were also out of service during our stay. Overall, the stay was adequate, but improving breakfast options and basic amenities would make for a more satisfying experience. Good oversized lot for busses & trailers

I do NOT recommend this hotel due to serious security issues and poor customer service Before my stay even started, I received a WhatsApp message from an Indian number with all my reservation details — my full name, reservation number, dates, and even the hotel group name. The message included a suspicious link saying my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t click it. I immediately replied asking them to send any information through Booking.com instead, and I also contacted the hotel directly through the website to confirm if the message was legit. When I arrived at SureStay, I showed the message to the staff, and the receptionist confirmed it was spam. So now I’m left wondering: how should I feel knowing my reservation data was leaked?
