Best Western Plus Inn of Williams

We traveled to Williams to take the Grand Canyon Railroad trip. |That was wonderful! On the way back it began to snow and continued all that night and the next day! We were so glad we were staying at the Best Western Plus! The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are clean and comfortable! But, if you are stuck for any length of time, the other amenities are especially comforting! The beautiful lobby, dining room and lounge are welcoming and cozy with high ceilings, a large warm fireplace, a 24/7 espesso machine, and spaces to relax while waiting out the storm. The menu offered a variety of choices, the food was good, and we were able to see the Fiesta Bowl in the lounge while enjoying a nice glass of wine. I stopped here with my buddy Frank(dog) for the last night of our cross country trip Nashville to LA. Saved the best for last! Great staff, could not ask for better customer service! The restaurant is good, and the breakfast is better than all the other places we stayed at. HIGHLY recommend

Really great staff, clean room, good linens, comfy bed. Sat in front of the fireplace in the lobby having coffee. Staff was above board in accommodating a couple of requests. Absolutely one of the best for the off season price we've come across. Ate at the Steakhouse inside so check out the separate review. Breakfast had some options but the only eggs they had were pre-made omelets full of bell peppers that we and a lot of other people can't eat. There were no other egg options. Overall it is recommended two thumbs-up .

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Inn of Williams. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The layout of the hotel was very cozy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and you could tell it was prepared with care. The kitchen staff were clean, organized, and attentive. Enjoying breakfast while taking in the beautiful view made the experience even more special. The service truly stood out. When we realized we needed a crib, the staff were immediately on it. It was delivered to our door within five minutes. The hotel also has a laundry room, which came in very handy and we ended up using during our stay. From the front desk to the breakfast and kitchen staff, everyone was kind, friendly, and genuine

Positive: The restaurant was excellent Negative: Elevator is poorly positioned. No microwave ovens in the room. They are listed as an amenity but they are not in the rooms, just public areas.
