Positive: Nothing Negative: I did not like that there were cars in the parking lot being worked on, cleanliness over all was horrendous, I did not feel comfortable when walking to the room with the front desk boy. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I told him I wanted refund.

😊: The location to Eldora Speedway was great. The hotel was generally clean.. 😢: It is a 2 story walk-up with no elevator. The breakfast was very basic with yogurts, bagels, cereal and a waffle machine. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not made up after the first night. We came back to the room the 2nd night, sweaty and in of a shower after being at a dirt racetrack all day, and there was no soap or shampoo. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the garbage was not emptied, floors not swept. The a/c did not work properly in that particular room..

I’ve stayed at SureStay before, and I like coming back here. The location is quiet, which I really appreciated. It just feels calm and chill, not busy or loud. The rooms were good and clean, nothing fancy but comfortable. The bathtub — especially the jacuzzi — was really nice and super relaxing. After a long day, it honestly felt amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole time, and check-in was quick, which was really nice after a long day. You can tell they actually care about their guests, and that made the stay feel more welcoming. It’s a simple, relaxing place to stay, and I would stay here again.

Plenty of space in the parking lot and good security all the areas are covered with the cctv so did not have to worry about the security and slept with the peace of mind. I liked the game zone a good place to relax and had fun playing pool table with the on site restaurant no need to walk out of the building the hotel and restaurant is connected making it easy to access, staff is friendly and helpful. Quick and smooth check in ,hotel is in a quiet location

Everyone was super friendly! Kuran at front desk always helped me with things like bandaids I needed for leg. All the ladies at front desk were super friendly and Ms Alexander was great. Wish I had time to play a game of pool in the pool room and food was great at their restaurant! Also good security cameras and police are keeping area safe for families and guests. Thank you
