Best hotel I have stayed at in awhile . Rooms super clean, hotel staff is nice and friendly. Terri serving breakfast was super nice, always came out checking on us and even made us food that she didn’t have out that day like bacon!! She definitely deserves some recognition!! If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely stop back in to see her

Wonderful experience here in Greenville Ohio. The breakfast area is incredible. Teri is such a gracious host and went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed this morning. The offerings were varied, fresh, and declicious. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

I’ve stayed at numerous HIs. This Greenville, Ohio location is the nicest, cleanest of all. We also had the best breakfast! Terri was taking care of the breakfast serving and dining area. She was exceptionally kind and efficient. Hope to stay here again.

I'm 1000% impressed with the staff of this beautiful hotel. We stayed here for a dirt track race at Eldora Speedway the first weekend in May. Unfortunately the second nights races were cancelled at due to weather. The front desk attendant allowed me to cancel that nights room at approx. 12:15pm, which was after their published check out time. They could have easily advised that their policy could have been that I needed to cancel before their check out time. This kind of service will guarantee I stay at this hotel for all future races at Eldora (2 to 3 times a year). Thanks again for your outstanding service!

I was visiting Greenville with a friend over a weekend in April 2024, and we had the opportunity to spend a Saturday night at this hotel.||When we first arrived, it was a couple hours before the official check-in time. I just wanted to see if our room was ready. There was a bit of confusion because I was told that there's a $10 fee for checking in early. I didn't mind paying that fee for the sake of getting settled in early. After a few minutes, and after the front desk staff member spoke with the manager, I learned that the early check-in fee is $10 per hour... meaning I would have had to pay $20 to check in early. I was okay with $10 but not $20. No big deal... my friend and I left and did a few other things in town before we returned to the hotel to check in.||When we came back to
