Quality Inn Greenville North

It's a standard Quality Inn with the standard rooms. The room appeared to be very clean. What's worth mentioning is the staff. All staff members, including the front desk and all the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly, polite and efficient. We had a problem with the tub draining and she was there within 5 minutes and had it fixed for the rest of our 2 day stay. Breakfast was great= eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles and a ton more options. Pool was nice temperature and clean. Everything was amazingly great. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was a surprise delight. Lots of little extras to make the trip pleasant.

Positive: Location was great, Negative: Carpet in the room was gummy, turned a light colored pair of socks black on the bottom then they have an envelope in the room so you can tip the house cleaning staff. I got a tip for you shampoo your carpet!

The Staff and Management were very accommodating from check-in to check-out. I was part of a group (family) that had 11 rooms with multiple children. The staff allowed us to enjoy the front lobby and dining area to gather watch Sports and cheer without ever telling us to be quiet. The property was nicely decorated for fall which made it feel very home like. The Staff overall was Top Notch!

The staff was super nice. We liked the water bottles always being available. There is an over abundance of "scent" in the building that is a little disturbing, but not so bad that we cancelled our reservation over. It would have been nice to have more than just one day's towels in the bathroom.
