It would be nice if we were told ahead of time about the $50 fee. Y’all will make it rough on your guests any way you can. We paid for the room. Why you need to hold more of our money till we check out?

Rooms are just fine. Very typical. The location is also good. It’s near a lot of restaurants and major roads. Housekeeping is far below average. I stayed there for a week. My room was attended to only twice. And when the maid service comes to your room they just throw the covers over the bed. No sheet change. No tightening or tucking in on the bedspread. With some management this hotel would be fine.

Had an amazing stay here. Staff is great and very accommodating. They offer breakfast every morning as well. Would stay here again!

Terrible experience. The room was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Cockroaches on the floor, disgusting ring around the bathroom toilet, no toilet paper, yellow stains on the sheets and wet spots (?) on the desk under the TV. Checked in, walked into room and then immediately went back to front desk to cancel reservation without a backup plan for the entire weekend (staying Thursday-Sunday) because of how shockingly disgusting the room was. Luckily I was able to find another hotel down the street (Comfort Suites Near Tanger, much better experience) on a music festival weekend where almost everything was booked. WORST PART of all of this is that now is that I’m being double charged for the room so that’s almost $600 for a room that I did not end up using with no help from the front desk in regards to

The room was horrible. There was no shower curtain, trash cans, microwave, doors wouldn’t shut properly, the thermostat would was not accurate to the number that was shown. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
