SureStay by Best Western Floresville

We had a great stay. Can't complain about a single thing. The room was a lot bigger than expected. The ac was so cold we didn't even need the fan we always bring when traveling. The room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed the colored lights once the sun went down. We travel a lot and this is definitely a place we would use again. 1 out of 10 I would give a 9.5 the breakfast was good but could use a bigger variety. Although we're not complaining because we didn't even expect a hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Staff were very friendly! Rooms were very clean,towels were very absorbent! A pet pea of mine. Overall, a wonderful stay, I travel thru this area this will always be my choice!

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They advertise hot breakfast and only put out stale muffins. The wifi is awful so if you have any work to do then I hope you have a good hot spot. They also charged an additional $160 for my stay when I checked in. Was charged $440 instead of the original $280. The rooms themselves aren't any better. Uncomfortable beds and poor water quality and pressure. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

We stayed there with my husband and kid. Was charged for pets For three nights when they were not even there for three nights. Without being told they were charging me. Then front desk was rude. I could not even have friends hang out. Wich we were extremely quiet. Definitely will not recommend… and don’t say per friendly and then charge someone’s card without getting their permission.
