Nice rooms, but wavy floors. Dispensers for all the soaps and lotions. Nice staff, but made a note “no visitors”. So, yeah the price was right, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast (included) was the literal worst. Out of most things, and as they slowly restocked, it would run out quickly. Because of the overcrowded eating area and people milling about waiting for food it was messy and chaotic. The best thing I ate was the prepackaged yogurt, everything else was out of a box.

Easily the best affordable hotel we've stayed at in the abq area. Quiet, well kept, clean with a better than average breakfast at a very reasonable price. Polite and thoughtful staff. It is a bit tricky to get to with the road work nearby, but that's no fault of the hotel. Even the indoor pool was open, which is rare in this town.

Positive: The rooms are large and comfortable, and so are the beds, place is clean and has friendly staff. Negative: No Internet TV, and other guests leave massive amounts of trash I hallways for employees to clean up which is not hotel's fault

I called to see how much Deposit was and it is (((($250))))) she also said that if you stay a longer they will have to re-authorize the charge of the deposit because it will go back to your bank after so many days this place sounds like a total BS. I can see if it was a resort kind of hotel for an extensive deposit like such there are a lot more hotels that I searched around with, and they were way more fancier than this place and the deposit was only $100 one time I have stayed with best Western numerous times and other city and states and never pay a crazy deposit like this…. So I did not book here.

FREE CANCELLATION Good morning, on Thursday, February 27, I made a reservation by booking I wanted for the same day and leave on Friday, February 28, and the reservation was made for March 10/11 by mistake, I had to make the reservation personally at the hotel staying in room 206, and paying by credit card. I would like to please if you can cancel my booking reservation free of charge or see some alternative since it causes us a lot of damage to lose money and more that we are traveling every day, I need a solution urgently and I have not had any response from you this writing here, by booking and I spoke personally when I left the hotel
