How does the front desk guy still have a job? All I see is bad reviews and yet he's still employed there. He was totally rude and unprofessional to us as well. We booked the hotel for 2 nights and then extended for another on Priceline. The front desk told us we have to check out from 11am to 3pm OR pay a $75 early check in fee to not check out at all. ALL WE DID WAS EXTEND OUR RESERVATION AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT and that reservation was for $50 but he wanted $75 to not check out from the hours of 11am to 3pm. Something weird is going on at this hotel. They try to scam you for every dollar they can. They don't know what good customer service means and after reading so many additional reviews saying the same exact thing it begs the question.... I stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions; first night was a king bed and jacuzzi,second was a 2 Queen Non Smoking. On both occasions I stayed due to the fact that the deposit is only $40 Cash compared to AC hotel deposit of $150. And to add to it the Jacuzzi was amazing, although smaller than expected for 2 people. Enjoy.

The location isn’t bad and if the owners cared this place wouldn’t be bad. That said I would definitely think twice before staying here . The Indian guy at the front desk was extremely rude and doesn’t care about anything you have to say. We arrived and were requested to pay 40 dollars cash as a deposit in case we trashed the room.. however I don’t know what more we would possibly do to that room . We gave him cash and he didn’t want to give a recipe. The furniture was old and broken , most of the plugs didn’t work . The carpet was gross . The curtain was so old you could see through it . The towel had a very long black hair stuck to it. This place really needs to be banned from the booking sites . If you decided to stay here good luck .

Tried to steal from me. Demanded $40 cash for security deposit, I told them no I will pay my security deposit with my card I don’t have cash. Then the clerk tried to lower it to $20. Clearly they are stealing from people for no reason. Their policy is not clear on any app. Do not book with them. Refused to give me a refund.

The front desk guy has a problem. I was on a family trip with my parents and he was extremely rude with my parents asked for their IDs and stuff and made me go to a damn atm at 3am cause he wanted his damn 40 dollar deposit in cash not with card. The room was clean but out the door was filled by leaves. Do they even clean the area? There were some weird people around the hotel but its a good value. The front desk guy has some issues the hotel should be able to atleast hire someone who can not be pissed all the time even while talking to old people like my parents. Also the room service provides almost nothing there were only 2 towels and one bar soap lemme remind u I booked a 2 queen bed room so I expected atleast 4 bar soaps and shampoo and other stuff with more towels.
