Crystal Inn & Suites

To my surprise, we’re impressed considering the reviews. The gentleman at the desk was super nice, upon entering the room, the room smelled fresh and appears clean. Linen is white & clean as well plus bathroom & Bathtub is clean. The only issue we had was around 3AM someone was banging the wall like fist banging which was disturbing being we were sleeping. Then the room phone started ringing and it was the owner (I believe) stating the people next-door are complaining that we are too loud and the TV is loud. YES THE TV WAS ON, BUT DEFINITELY NOT LOUD. She also explained she came up to the room and didn’t hear anything either. I explained to her we were fast asleep, she then apologize and from there, the rest of our stay went smoothly. I booked what turned into a 5 day night stay due to work being done at home. I booked through a discount website from work and checked right in, no issues. The staff were great and the room was so clean. As soon as you walk into the room it smelled clean and I love the fact that you can smell bleach when you run the water. The location was perfect and I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed here while attending a funeral for a family member in the area. It was conveniently located near our family in the area. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly. We didn't plan to eat the breakfast that was advertised, which was actually not available due to some sort of issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Crystal Inn and Suites was a great room option for myself and my three kids. The staff was great and very kind, and the rooms were very clean. They are close to Ocean City and Atlantic City boardwalks also. We are very pleased with our stay and will be coming back.

This place is a quiet place off the highway. Nice size room. Some smell to room don’t know what it was. Sign says hot breakfast nope, Nothing. This place Needs some updating. Grant it was a holiday weekend pricing ridiculous. would not go back.
